My two little ones have had a fabulous year at their preschool this year. Each day that they've had to go to school, they've left our house feeling excited and then come home with great, big smiles on their faces. With our crazy schedule this year, Paxton had a total of four teachers, while Rylie had two. I wanted to give their teachers a little something to show our appreciation for all the hard work they've done and all the love they've shared with my kiddos.
We all know Pinterest is loaded with creative plays on words to thank everyone under the sun. I bought six of these cute, white ceramic pots that came with the black chalkboard area on the front. Next, I used my Cameo Silhouette to create the text "basil"
which I adhered to the front side. I then roughened up the edges of the base with a sanding block to give it a rustic feel & then planted a basil plant. Lastly, I created a little note card using Photoshop and cut & pasted it onto a black note card, which my kids signed on the inside. My husband texted me this morning that they walked in beaming with their little gift bags for their teachers this morning:)
